what can i give my sick siberian husky?

he is throwing up yellow liquid
Answers:
Do not give him ANY human medicine, and take him to the vet ASAP.
the yellow liquid should go away on its own. usually its just mucus they need to get out of their system.. my dog throws it up once in awhile. usually some grass will come up with it too because they eat grass to get themselves to throw it up. if hes throwing it up on a regular basis though thats like a few times every single day over the course of a few days, take him to the vet and they can give you some antibiotics. but the problem should go away on its own.
Take him to the vet!
Hi,

You can give some mylanta.
Do you feed this dog people food? If so this could be causing this problem.
Please take your dog to the vet as soon as possible! Nothing you give him or her at home can ensure their health and safety like a certified doctor can.
Good Luck!!
A trip to the vet.
The yellow liquid is most likely bile from his stomach. Keep him off his food for a day to give his tummy a chance to settle down, make sure he has plenty of water available, and give him a child's dose of Kaopectate.

Then, the next day, give him a bland diet of rice and boiled hamburger. This will fill him up but will be easy on his stomach.

Slowly start adding his regular food to the rice mixture until he's back on his regular diet.

Keep an eye on his stool (poop) to make sure he doesn't have diarrhea or bloody stool, and check his temperature to make sure he isn't feverish (anything over 102 degrees).

If he has no other symptoms besides the vomiting, his body should be able to correct itself within a day or so. But if you see other symptoms, or the vomitting doesn't stop, get him to his vet.
lots of love and a visit to the vet.
You don't need to give him anything. you need to go to the vet and then they'll tell you what you should do. Were you going to give him human medicine? Thats the worst thing you could've done to help your dog.
Take him to the vet just in case he got into something poisonous or like antifreeze. Don't wait!
IF your dog ate something that he doesn't normally have in his diet, it could very well have upset his stomach. You can try feeding him a few pieces of kibble and see how that goes. If he keeps it down, feed him a few more. If he continues to vomit or has a loose stool, call your vet. And please don't give him human medicine without orders from your Vet.
Don't give any food or water. You can let him have some ice cubes to lick so he won't get dehydrated. You can try giving pepto bismol but you need to get a dose from a vet. After he has not vomited for a few hours, you can boil some ground beef and rice. Give him just a small amount and if he keeps that down for a few hours, give him a little more, and so on. If he's not better within 24 hours, you need to see a vet.
When my Siberian Husky was sick I gave her (at my moms sugestion, and she has raised a ton of dogs) an acidophalis. Now that She is very healthy we are back on the issue of how smart a dog is that tries to get under a coch that she hasn't fit under for months.
