well if dog gets stomach feed it that's what stomach's are used for but yeah if it has a stomach ache usually dog's will eat grass to fix it i've heard of monkeys eating coal to fix there stomach's if it is in severe pain take it to a vet otherwise give it some food with lot's of fibre in it give it dried food or bones are probably the best for clearing the intestinal tract
but yeah if dog is not in that much pain feed it something with lot's of fibre ie(grass has fibre that's why they naturally eat it)
but yeah just read pet food labels and find something high in fibre

unless dog is in very severe pain then take it to the vet straight away

How do you know your dog has a stomach ache? Does it seem to be in pain? If so, it needs to go to the vet asap.

Does it have diarrhea or is it vomiting? If this is the case, and it was a one time thing, I would see if it continued and if it did, then I would bring it to the vet. You should never give your animal medicine without the ok from the vet.

Has the dog been eating normally?

Is it a large dog or a small dog?

Large dogs are susceptible to "bloat" and that is a medical emergency.
