Is your dog throwing it up in the mornings? Some dogs throw up bile in the morning because their stomach is empty.

Our dobermans used to do this. We started feeding twice a day and first thing in the morning gave them a bisquit so they would have something in their stomach. Then we let them out to relieve themselves and fed them a regular meal.

Sometimes our doge threw up yellow stuff mixed with grass if they had been outside eating grass.

Without more information I'm not sure if this is helpful or not. If you aren't sure I'd take them to the vet to have them checked out.
