what if a tenant has pets without consent from the lanlord?

Answers:
If you have a pet and she/he catches you you will be in trouble. If though you can keep it a secret and they don't find out. then good job you get to keep the animal!!
They can be evicted, and/or lose the security deposit.
They can easily kick you out of your apartment and probably find a way to hit you with a lot of extra fees. Often if you talk to your landlord first about getting a pet you can find a negotiation whether it be an extra deposit or extra pet rent.

Another idea is to make a pet resume to present the facts in a clear and concise way! Check out the link below for tips!
They might take the animal away, or kick you out. Or they might accept it. First you should ask them if you could get a dog. If they say no, get rid of it.
Check your lease If it does'nt stipulate no pets they can't evict you
He can make them move. Especially if pets are not allowed in the lease.
you can say goodbye to you're flat and you might loose you're deposit as well because you broke the tenancy agreement and if you're new landlord wanted to contact them to find out what type of tenant you were isn't going to help you when he tells them you broke the tenancy agreement are they?
