I was at my mom's house with the back door opened. I saw a dog in the yard. I told her to close the door. I'm afraid of dogs! But she didn't and the dog slipped in. To my surprise there was another dog in the house too. I'm screaming to tell someone/anyone to get them out. The biggest dog (who happened to be pregnant) started raising her leg as if she had to "go". So I picked her up and took her outside. After she used it, she began to cry out. I knew she was getting ready to have the puppy. She did and I was the one to delivered it! I gave the non breathing puppy to my mom and she blew short breaths into the puppy's mouth and he started breathing. I just stood there looking at my dirty hands very emotional that I was apart of the experience. I woke up still emotional and looking at my hands.(UH..

I think the fact is that you say you dont like dogs but deep inside you really care for them. Maybe go to an Animal Shelter play with a dog to see if you really do care for one. I used to be afraid of dogs myself, but now I have 2 dogs and were planning on getting another one.
I think it is a sign that you need to get over your fear. Go talk to someone about why your afraid of dogs and about your dream.
the fear of dogs you have obviously plays on your mind alot and therefore you dream about it. have you not seen a pregnant dog or read about a pregnant dog or watched on the tv in the past few days? that can also be in your thoughts and cause you to dream about them. your dream was you being a lifesaver to that dog by helping to deliver the puppy. deep down i think you must feel something for dogs just need to get over your fear.
